Global brand PUMA, a German company is the top successful brand in the field of sports shoes and sports clothing. Puma has the concept of reminding its customer about the new shoes to stay in their minds and never forget about it. Also, they speak directly to the customers’ minds to make them feel that Puma shoes are their shoes and they need to get them.
Puma launched its NITRO series before the second wave of the pandemic. Although they had done exceptional online marketing of the product, they were looking for an intriguing set-up in their stores for the customers. Also, they wanted to keep a check on the Covid scenario.
When the Puma stores reopened following the second wave of the pandemic, they wanted to install a digital system that would explain the product without any seller. They wanted to anticipate the same amount of details about their Nitro series to their store visitors, as they received online.

Craftech 360 partnered with Puma to design a system that gives visitors to the offline store a memorable, two-way experience.
As per Puma's call, we designed a customized kiosk with a display stand. The Nitro series shoes were placed on the stand for display. The sensors are embedded at the shoe placement position. As soon as some visitor picked up any particular shoe from the sensor access points, the object recognition sensor will trigger and, a video discussing the details of that picked design would start playing on the display screen.
